Security situation, KFOR commander meets KSF chief
KFOR Commander Major General Ozkan Ulutash received today in a meeting the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari in Pristina.
The meeting discussed the security situation in the country and KFOR's cooperation with security organizations in Kosovo, including the KSF, which NATO continues to support according to its initial mandate.
Major General Ulutash emphasized the importance of continuous and close coordination, for the benefit of sustainable security throughout Kosovo and regional stability.
KFOR continues to implement its mandate to contribute to a safe environment for all people living in Kosovo and freedom of movement in coordination with the Kosovo Police and EULEX, in their respective roles as security responders.
