1-year-old girl slips in pool and doctors declare her dead twice, she shows signs of life!

A one-year-old girl fell into a swimming pool, and was pronounced dead twice by doctors before she began to show signs of life.

The girl, named Lillian Talboys, is now in critical condition and is being treated at Cardon Children's Medical Center in Arizona.

Fire and paramedics responded to an emergency call at the girl's home in Mesa on Friday, where family members managed to pull her from the water, The Sun reports. Indeksonline.

It has not yet been confirmed by officials how long she was in the water, but a GoFundMe posted by relatives stated that she slipped and fell into the pool while playing with her three brothers in the backyard.

Her older sister was standing in the backyard when she heard screaming and ran to find Lillian floating on her back in the pool.

Lillian's mother immediately began CPR and chest compressions, but the girl was unresponsive.

Baby Lillian was rushed to the hospital, where trauma staff continued to try to revive her, but family members were told she had died.

Her mother told doctors that she heard a heartbeat from her daughter, and after that the hospital staff again tried to continue resuscitating Lillian, but she was pronounced dead for the second time before 12:00.

After being moved to a room to wait for a medical examiner, Lillian's mother insisted that she could still feel a heartbeat and even felt her child squeeze her hand.

Medics said Lillian had passed away and that these were residual brain impulses, until her mother continued to insist that Lillian was alive and resuscitation efforts continued and a CT scan was ordered.

Lillian is now in a critical condition with a stable heartbeat and on a ventilator after being revived at 3am on Saturday.Indeksonline/
