Hague Prosecutor Matthew Howling has continued with his closing arguments in the trial of former leaders of the Liberation Army in The Hague.

After Kadri Veseli and Hashim Thaçi, he has also concluded his statement about Rexhep Selimi.

Howling said that Rexhep Selimi also had a hand in removing Ekrem Rexha from the position of commander.

"Selim was made responsible for the largest coordinated strike the KLA had carried out up to that point."

Howling also pointed out that Selimi was the first person to speak at the first KLA appearance in 1997.
