In the video distributed to the media, the police announce that they arrested 28-year-old Ragip Gila, a resident of Shkodra, in flagrante delicto, on charges of; "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", "Armed robbery", "Destruction of property", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Theft".
2 firearms, 1 automatic and 1 pistol with a cartridge in the chamber, 1 diving suit, 1 mask, 1 bulletproof vest and 1 1.5 liter bottle filled with fuel were found and seized from him.
The police have also announced two other people wanted for this incident; 39-year-old Barush Bregu (Bajram Bregu) and a 17-year-old who is suspected of providing the perpetrator with weapons and other tools.
During the operation, 7 firearms, 45 detonator caps, combat ammunition, an Audi with stolen license plates, 5 drones, laptops and other equipment were seized.

Two citizens suspected of having provided weapons, tools and other equipment for the commission of serious crimes against life have been identified and declared wanted.
A house in the "Guerrile" neighborhood was discovered, which was used by the 2 wanted citizens as a base for criminal activities. 7 firearms, 45 detonator capsules and combat ammunition were seized.
Following the investigative and operational actions carried out to document the circumstances of the incident that occurred yesterday, at around 08:50, in a bar, in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood, specialists from the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector of the Shkodra Police Department, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force and the General Patrol services, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra:
-arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen RG, 28 years old, resident of Shkodra, for the criminal offenses of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", "Armed robbery", "Destruction of property", "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Theft".
Seized:
2 firearms (1 automatic and 1 pistol with a cartridge in the chamber), 1 diving suit, 1 mask, 1 bulletproof vest and 1 1.5 liter bottle filled with fuel, which were found on citizen RG, who was handcuffed by the Police services after the incident;
the vehicle that this citizen stole at gunpoint to flee the scene of the crime and the motorcycle without a license plate and chassis number that he left at the scene of the crime.
Also, citizens BB alias BB, 39 years old, and a 17-year-old were declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Theft".
During a search of the apartment of a citizen (who lives abroad), which this citizen was using as a base for this criminal activity, the Police services found and seized:
1 automatic firearm and 6 pistol firearms, a quantity of combat ammunition, 45 electric detonator caps, an "Audi" type vehicle with stolen license plates in the city of Lezha, 5 drones of various sizes, additional equipment for drones, 1 laptop and 5 cameras.
Work continues to capture the 2 wanted citizens and document their criminal activities.
The procedural materials were referred to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further action.
