80 deputy ministers had access to 144,000 euros worth of phone recharges for 1 year

Edison Jakurtin, acting deputy minister of the Ministry of Economy, Employment, Trade, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments, through a post on Facebook, has reflected the expenses of the deputy ministers of the Haradinaj government for phone recharges.

Jakurti said that 80 Deputy Ministers had available phone top-ups worth 144,000 euros for 1 year. Meanwhile, for a person dependent on social assistance they had allocated an average of 23.7 euros per month.

Today marks 1 month since I was appointed. And it is quite clear that the old one is not dead yet. Yesterday I had one of the most shocking events in this time.

Maybe I had heard of them but hadn't seen them like this. Maybe that's why it hit me.

What you see in the photo are not just 30 cards with 5 euro phone top-up. This is actually the privilege of the Deputy Ministers of the PAN. So, 150 euros per month per phone.

It is noteworthy that 80 Deputy Ministers had 144,000 euros worth of phone recharge available for 1 year. While for a person dependent on social assistance they had allocated an average of 23.7 euros per month.

Only when there is a lack of minimal sensitivity towards the region, in the third poorest country in Europe, does it allow itself such completely absurd privileges.

Prime Minister Kurti's decision to allow up to 1/3 of this amount has come into effect since May 1. Perhaps it should be reduced even further.
