Committed several thefts in Lipjan, 69-year-old citizen of North Macedonia arrested

A 69-year-old North Macedonian citizen has been arrested on suspicion of committing several thefts in Lipjan.

Police have announced that these thefts were reported during 2025, where the suspect stole wallets with various amounts of money from parked trucks.

"The suspect, by decision of the state prosecutor, has been taken into custody. The necessary investigative procedures are being carried out against him for the crimes (at least three thefts) reported in the Lipjan region."

"Based on the information obtained so far by police investigators, the same person is suspected of having committed criminal offenses of the same nature in other regions of Kosovo, for which further police actions are being taken," the police statement said.
