A person is detained in Gjilan for drug trafficking

A person has been detained in Gjilan for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances" and "Cultivation of hashish plants, cocaine bushes or cannabis plants".

As reported by the Basic Prosecution of Gjilan, during the search of the suspect ER, evidence was found and seized, such as: A blue bag with three jars and a bag of marijuana with a total weight of 220.87 grams, two LED lights for cultivating the narcotic plant Canabis stativa, a cannabis stativa plant planted in a plastic cup, a bag with 190 seeds of the narcotic plant Canabis stativa weighing 3.70 grams, two bags of marijuana weighing 3.88 grams, and a gold-colored iPhone X.

The suspect, by decision of the State Prosecutor, has been detained for 48 hours and against whom a request for the imposition of a detention measure will be submitted within the legal deadline.
