TAK issues notice for taxpayers with debts, they can benefit from fine reductions

The Kosovo Tax Administration has reminded taxpayers who have debts that they can apply for payment in installments and benefit from fine discounts.

The TAK announcement states that for a one-time payment, there is a 70% discount on fines, while for installment agreements there is a 50% discount on fines, writes Reporteri.net.

"Failure to act may lead to the case being transferred to forced collection measures, including legal proceedings. At this stage, a minimum payment of 40% of the tax debt is required for the conclusion of the agreement," the announcement states.

TAK has warned citizens to act in a timely manner to avoid consequences and benefit from the relief offered.
