"Almiri" case, Boban Ilić does not feel guilty. Lawyer: The prosecution has made concessions

The court session has just ended, where the final words were given by both parties involved in the "Almir Aliu" case in Kumanovo, writes Indeksonline.

The Aliu family's lawyer, during the elaboration of his closing arguments, underlined that a series of violations were committed during the conduct of the investigative procedure and the analysis of material evidence.

He further emphasized that a mistake was made during the re-qualification of the case in order to mitigate the punishment of the perpetrator of the criminal offense, Boban Iliq.

In addition, the defense has emphasized that three of the four experts who conducted the expertise had expired licenses. "The prosecution has acted selectively, not taking into account the omissions during the investigative procedure. The prosecutor in charge has also not shown care to check the licenses whose terms have expired," said lawyer Asmir Alispahic.

The family's lawyer also requested that the charges against family members Sedat Aliu, Abdulla Aliu and Sami Demiri, who are accused of violence against Bojan and Boban Iliqi, be dropped.

In his final words, the murderer Boban Ilić declared that he was innocent and did not admit guilt, and Aliu's family members also did not admit guilt.

"The accused Boban Ilić declared that he does not feel guilty even for this criminal offense for which he is accused, this shows the way he behaved the whole time," said the Aliu family's lawyer.

Otherwise, on Thursday at 14:00 PM, the court is expected to give its final word after both parties have made their statements. Indeksonline/
