The Mayor of Gjakova, Ardian Gjini, today officially received the mandate to govern this municipality for the next four years. According to the protocol, the acceptance and handover of the duty was made by the current Deputy Mayor of the municipality, Armend Vokshi. On this ceremonial occasion, the outgoing Deputy Mayor Armend Vokshi conveyed his congratulations and trust to the new Mayor, wishing that his programs, plans and strategies be realized, because this is for the benefit of the citizens of the municipality of Gjakova.

The current deputy mayor, Armend Vokshi, also submitted reports on the work of the municipality and municipal directorates to date, presenting data on completed projects, those that are currently being implemented, and those that are scheduled to start, it reports. Indeksonline.

Meanwhile, the new mayor, Ardian Gjini, has thanked for the work done and achieved in the past four years and upon taking office has stated that his goals for the next four years are not personal goals but goals in favor of the citizens, and this, according to him, will be achieved with systematic work rates, with projects as well as with new capacities.

Mayor Gjini has announced that on December 18 he has invited the constitutive meeting of the Assembly of the Municipality of Gjakova, where he as chairman, as well as the newly elected municipal councilors will take the oath, and in the meantime the composition of the cloud of the municipal government.
