In the post's caption, Britney shared a message that mixes peace of mind with self-discipline:

“Take your ballerina, your circle, and set your boundaries. It’s a strict discipline and in a way a form of prayer, but with so many opportunities in life, it’s important to be yourself and simplify your life.”

Maintaining her characteristic sense of humor, she added:

"I know there are some tricky parts. The devil is in the details, but we can deal with them later."

In another post, Spears reflected on her tumultuous year, writing:

“A lot has happened this year, it's crazy… I try to live within my means and the book 'Draw the Circle' offers an incredible perspective.”

Her return to the networks comes just five days after the disappearance of the profile, which occurred after the singer had publicly reacted to comments from ex-husband Kevin Federline.
