Dictator Kim fired one of the most powerful people in North Korea: It's like tying a goat to a cart!

Pyongyang is preparing for the first ruling party congress in five years, and analysts expect it to be held in the coming weeks.

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has fired Deputy Prime Minister Yang Sung Ho in what could be just the beginning of a purge, after Kim attacked "incompetent and lazy officials" in his latest speech.

"Please, comrade vice president, resign before it's too late," Kim told his former vice president.

"Yang was unsuitable, I can't trust him with difficult tasks. Simply put, it's like hitching a goat to a cart. And after all, the cart is pulled by an ox, not a goat," Kim said.

Last month, Kim vowed to eradicate "evil" at a major summit meeting in Pyongyang.Indeksonline/
