According to him, Edi Rama went from Vlora to Himara "for lunch".

These are the images of the helicopter that, according to vacationers in Himare, brought Rama for lunch and then returned.

"The helicopter is the same one that was filmed taking off from Rama's villa a few days ago," he wrote.
