Ejup Makedonci honored in the US, inducted into the US Army College's "Hall of Fame"

The acting Minister of Defense in Kosovo, Ejup Maqedonci, has been honored with one of the highest international military awards, being inducted into the Hall of Fame of the US Army War College.

The ceremony held in the United States was also attended by General Randy A. George, Chief of Staff of the US Army, which added even more importance to this honor.

"It is a lifelong honor for me to receive this recognition, placing me in the U.S. Army War College Hall of Fame," said Makedonci.

Through a Facebook post, he emphasized that this award is not only a personal achievement, but a reflection of the joint work with many defense professionals in Kosovo throughout his career.

"I consider this recognition not only a personal achievement, but also a reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and joint effort of all those with whom I have had the good fortune and opportunity to serve during my career," wrote Maqedonci.

The Macedonian thanked the US Army War College for this honor, as well as for the opportunity he was offered years ago to complete his studies at this prestigious military academy, which he described as formative for his professional career and personal life.

“This honor further strengthens my belief in the power of service, leadership, and lifelong learning — values that transcend borders and unite all those who serve their country and community,” he added.
