Elon Musk's father accused of sexually abusing his children
Elon Musk's father, Errol Musk, has reportedly been accused of sexually abusing five of his children and adopted children.
The allegations against Errol Musk were included in a New York Times investigation, which claims that police and court records, personal correspondence, social workers and interviews with family members show that he was accused of inappropriately touching several of the young children in his life over a period of 30 years.
The earliest allegation dates back to 1993, when his 4-year-old adopted daughter told the family that he had "touched her in the family home," according to the Times, reports. IndeksOnline.
The report goes on to say that a decade later, the adopted daughter claimed she caught Errol smelling her underwear.
More recently, in 2023, the report says a family member and social worker “tried to intervene after his son, then 5 years old, said his father had touched his buttocks.”

The NYT article further states that Errol was accused by family members of abusing his 2 daughters and an adopted son, but importantly notes that Errol has not been convicted of any crime, even after 3 separate police investigations were opened into his behavior over the years.
Media reports that 2 of the investigations were closed and the outcome of the third remains unclear.
According to the NYT, several relatives have turned to Elon over the years for help with their father. Elon is Errol's oldest child and is estranged from him.
The Times refers to a 2010 letter that a family member reportedly sent to Elon, pleading... "We really need your advice, help and guidance on these matters, because we see these children suffering every day."
Errol is said to have at least 9 children and adopted children and has been married 3 times.
He has denied all allegations, telling the Times… “The reports are false and absurd in the extreme.”
Errol Musk also claimed he is only aware of one allegation of abuse. /IndeksOnline/
