Four bullets hit the judge as he just handed down the verdict against his family, as the massacre took place inside the Court of Appeals hall

Four bullets were fired at Judge Astrit Kalaja, immediately after he issued a ruling on a property case, which was against the family of author Elvis Shkambi.

The Top Channel journalist reports that the 30-year-old perpetrator shot the judge with four bullets inside the courtroom as soon as he gave the verdict, while three of them hit the judge in the chest.

At the time of the shooting, the judge was alone, not accompanied by the other Appeals Court judges.

The perpetrator also injured two other people, a father and son, who were the other party in the legal process./Top Channel
