Gjakova Prosecution launches investigation into vote manipulation in Malisheva
The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjakova has informed the public that, within its legal competences, it is monitoring the recount process of election results from outside.
According to the announcement, the Prosecution has authorized the Kosovo Police to undertake all necessary investigative actions in the Municipality of Malisheva. These actions include identifying responsible persons, collecting information and securing relevant evidence related to the suspicions of vote manipulation for candidates for deputies of the Kosovo Assembly.
The Basic Prosecution Office in Gjakova has emphasized that it remains committed to protecting the free vote of citizens and to handling any suspicious case, with the aim of preserving the integrity of the electoral process and the rule of law./IndeksOnline/
