Gruevski's extradition still awaiting a resolution
The European Parliament has approved the request for the extradition of Nikola Gruevski to Macedonia from Hungary.
This decision of the European Parliament seems to have no relevance for the state of Hungary, reports Indeksonline.
This is because the communications secretary of the Hungarian Prime Minister Zoltan Kovac has said that the European Parliament's request for Gruevski's extradition has no value.
"Gruevski's application for political asylum was not political but legal. The European Parliament has nothing to do with Gruevski's extradition and what they are doing is hindering our relations," Kovac said.
The Macedonian Ministry of Justice has sent a document requesting the Hungarian authorities to extradite Gruevski. /Indeksonline/
