Daut Haradinaj has harshly criticized the Vetëvendosje Movement, accusing it of allowing the Serbian List to have a deputy speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo under its rule.

In April 2010, the Kosovo Assembly adopted the Rules of Procedure, which do not grant any Serbian political party the exclusive right to have the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly (photo 1).

In July 2022, the Kosovo Assembly approved the new Rules of Procedure, which allows the Serb List to have a deputy speaker of the Assembly (photo 2).
