Ilir Kërçeli is one of the latest members of Albin Kurti's party.

The latter, in the announcement published on Facebook for the new party member, described him as an extremely successful entrepreneur and heaped praise on him.

But it seems that Kërçeli had been close to other politicians before Kurti. In a secured photo, Kërçeli is seen close to President Hashim Thaçi.

It is not known whether he was also part of the PDK, or was simply excited by a chance meeting with Thaçi and was photographed with him.
