Interpol Tirana extradites Kosovar to Montenegro

Kosovar citizen Xh.B., 39 years old, was arrested some time ago by the Albanian Police after he was declared an international wanted person.

He was arrested after the Court of Kolasin - Montenegro sentenced him to 1 year and 2 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Theft with serious consequences", reports Indeksonline.

The Kosovar was extradited yesterday by Interpol Tirana to the Montenegrin authorities.

"On 04.12.2018, at the Hani i Hotit Police Station, the Kosovar citizen Xh.B., aged 39, who was declared internationally wanted, was extradited on his way out, through the Interpol Tirana Central Criminal Police Office, after the Court of Kolasin - Montenegro sentenced him to 1 year and 2 months in prison, for the criminal offense of "Theft with serious consequences", provided for by articles 240/1, first paragraph, in conjunction with articles 23 and 49, article 403/2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro", the State Police statement states./Indeksonline/
