It happens in Ferizaj, the driving school instructor is fined for using the phone!

The Road Traffic Unit patrol, during regular traffic checks, stopped a driving school vehicle on "Brahim Ademi" street in Ferizaj, which was being driven by candidate GH, under the supervision of driving instructor NS (51 years old).

While driving, the candidate was caught red-handed using a mobile phone, which constitutes a misdemeanor under Law No. 05/L-064 on Road Traffic Regulations, Article 54, paragraph 2.

Because the instructor is responsible for the candidate's actions during the exercises, the police have imposed a fine on her based on Law No. 08/L-186, Article 231, Paragraph 9.2, in the amount of 200 euros, with 2 negative points and a protective measure of prohibition from driving a motor vehicle for three (3) months.

The instructor in question has previously been cited for a violation of using a phone, acting for the second time in violation of the road traffic law.
