Jashari: If Minister Çeku is different from Nagavci, we will applaud him, here is the first request for him
Rrahman Jasharaj, president of SBASHK, has expressed expectations that the new Minister of Education, Hajrulla Çeku, will have a more open and constructive approach to the dialogue with the union.
According to him, the first demand and the most "hot" topic remains the collective contract.
Jashari announced that SBASHK has long submitted the first version of the contract and is now waiting for Minister Çeku to invite the union for a meeting.
"We expect the minister to invite us to talk, then form working groups and continue with the preparation of the collective agreement," Jasharaj emphasized. IndeksOnline, adding that dialogue is the key to resolving open issues.
He also emphasized that SBASHK expects representation in all working groups within the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MASHTI), as well as in the State Licensing Council and other relevant mechanisms, so that the union can provide its professional contribution.
"If there is dialogue, it is likely that the issues that are raised will be realized," he said.
Speaking about the changes in leadership, Jashari stated that the departure of former Minister Arbërie Nagavci was the desire of many, as according to him, she avoided dialogue and did not show willingness for cooperation.
"Now we are waiting. If Çeku is different, we will applaud him," Jashari concluded.IndeksOnline/
