KFOR patrols several municipalities in Kosovo
KFOR announced that it has conducted patrols in several municipalities of Kosovo. These patrols, KFOR reports, were also carried out with motor vehicles. The announcement states that these activities strengthen coordination and interaction between units.
"Multinational soldiers from the Regional Command-West of the NATO-led mission, KFOR, conducted patrols in several municipalities of western Kosovo. Through vehicle and foot patrols, KFOR personnel maintained a visible and flexible presence, providing first-hand knowledge of developments on the ground," the KFOR statement said.
According to KFOR, such activities enhance coordination and interoperability between multinational units, while simultaneously supporting stability in accordance with KFOR's mandate.
KFOR continues to implement its mandate to contribute to a safe and stable environment for all people living in Kosovo, as well as to guarantee freedom of movement, at all times and in an impartial manner.
