The nine-minute vlog on social media features an emotional scene in which Kim is seen crying in bed after a long day studying for an exam.
Overly excited, Kim spoke openly about her difficulties as a lawyer.
Although Kim did not provide details about what was preventing her from studying, she was clearly suffering from back problems during the two-week period the video was shot.
