"Cobra" declares that it has nothing to do with the murder of the young man in Prizren, says that the truth is found in the bar's DVR

During his defense on Tuesday at the Basic Court in Pristina, Dibran Hoxhaj, known as "Kobra", said that he had nothing to do with the murder of the young man at the "Kobra City" bar in Prizren.

The accused said that he left the bar where the incident occurred together with the police and that together with the police officers he saw the casings near the highway, reports "Oath for Justice".

He stated that he has constantly searched for the bar's DVR since the incident occurred, adding that the truth is found there.

Faced with the statement given to the Prosecutor's Office, Hoxhaj said that he thinks that the murder of VC was committed by the people with whom he crossed the border, adding that he does not know them and does not know who they are.

Hoxhaj stated that only after going to the Police Station did he realize that the murder had occurred, adding that this circumstance had been told to him by police officers.

Hoxhaj also stated that he does not know the place where the murder took place, adding that he has nothing to do with the case. He said that the police had told him that the accused Roland Susuri had now surrendered to the police after three days.

Unlike Dibran Hoxhaj, the other defendants, Roland Susuri, Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku, and Jesmir Badalli, defended themselves silently.
