Kosovo's humanitarian aid arrives in Gaza, distribution to families in need begins

The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla, has announced that the humanitarian aid distributed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for the people of Gaza has arrived at its destination and its distribution has begun immediately.

According to her, the humanitarian shipment is worth 500 thousand euros and includes tents, food packages, blankets, and 158 thousand rations of hot food.

Yesterday afternoon we received confirmation that the humanitarian aid distributed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, dedicated to the people of Gaza, has arrived in Gaza and distribution to families in need has immediately begun, through humanitarian partners on the ground.

Our shipment, worth 500 thousand euros, includes tents, food packages, blankets and 158 thousand rations of hot food.

We know that nothing can replace the loss and pain there. But we hope that this modest aid will provide some support and relief to families, especially children and the elderly, in a day when even the most basic things are lacking.
