Glauk Konjufca and Ilir Kërçeli met today with the Albanian diaspora in Annecy, France.

Through a post on Facebook, Kërçeli thanked the participants in the meeting, saying that "the diaspora is the heart that beats for Kosovo," he wrote. IndeksOnline.
