Legend Capello: It wasn't a penalty, Wirtz threw himself to the ground...!

Legend Fabio Capello has commented on Liverpool's penalty that gave them a narrow 1-0 victory over Inter.

In the final minutes of the match, Florian Wirtz was tackled by defender Bastoni, writes Indeksonline

He was brought down in the 16-meter box and the referee awarded a penalty – which Hungarian midfielder Dominik Szobozslai converted.

Former coach Capello says this was not a penalty.

"A penalty that should never have been given. Wirtz faked it, threw himself to the ground."

"I didn't understand the VAR intervention. They waited 3 minutes to disallow Liverpool's goal, which was obvious. Shame, just shame," said Capello.
