Limaj: Despite all our will, the coalition with PDK was not realized

The chairman of the Social Democratic Initiative, Fatmir Limaj, on the Politiko show, among other things, spoke about the reasons why a coalition between the Initiative and the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) was not achieved.

Limaj said that, although there was a desire to remove the current government from power, such a thing was not possible. According to him, Nisma had expressed full readiness for a joint list, but an agreement was not reached.

"To change the government, to defeat this position and this party that is in power, unfortunately, with all our will, this did not happen. We have made it public and our willingness has been 100 percent to make this joint list. It is difficult for me to explain why it did not happen, but it did," Limaj said.

He added that, despite the coalition's failure, Nisma will continue its political path by running alone in the elections.
