Local elections in Albania, Police guard 473 election facilities

The Albanian Police has taken into custody 473 election facilities that will serve as Voting Centers in the early local elections in five municipalities.

In the morning, upon the presentation of the commissions, Police officers will temporarily withdraw and will return at 19:00 to escort the materials to the CEAZs, according to the Police announcement.

At 18:00 on 09.11.2025, the Police will take custody of all BCCs and will remain on duty until the count is fully completed.
