Martinez beats Guardiola to be named coach of the year in Catalonia
Portugal national team coach Roberto Martinez has been named coach of the year in Catalonia.

The Catalan Football Federation has chosen Martinez as the best with 58.5 percent of the vote, from a jury of 43 members: Journalists, politicians and sponsors.
Pep Guardiola received 31 percent of the vote, while Barcelona women's coach Pere Romeu received 9.7 percent.
The award will be presented at the 13th edition of Gala de Estrelas, on December 29 in Barcelona. /Indeksolnine/
