Milot/ Tried to rob two Hungarians, 46-year-old from Kosovo caught red-handed (Name)

Kurbin- A 46-year-old man from Mitrovica, identified as Leonard Hasi, who attempted to rob 2 Hungarian citizens, was immediately caught and arrested by the police.

The two foreign nationals, identified as GB and EB, stopped their vehicle in Milot to shop at a market. The 46-year-old took advantage of the situation and approached to steal the car and drive away.

Unable to get to the car, he took the bag that was in the back seat and attempted to leave, but was immediately caught with the bag and escorted to the Kurbin Police Station.

Today, at around 09:00, citizens GB and EB, residents of Hungary, stopped their vehicle in Milot, getting out of the car to shop.

At the moment when they were shopping, a citizen approached their vehicle with the intention of stealing the car and leaving.

Unable to do it, he took the bag that was on the back seat of the car and tried to leave, but he was immediately caught with the bag in his hand and was taken to the Kurbin Police Station.

After investigative verifications, the suspected perpetrator was identified as General Leonard Hasi, 46 years old, resident of Mitrovica - Kosovo.

The arrest was made for the criminal offense of "Attempted Theft" provided for by article 134-22 of the Criminal Code.
