Muhamet Hajredini is acquitted of charges, he had thrown national symbols in the trash

Teacher Muhamet Hajredinaj has been declared innocent of the criminal charge of "Inciting discord and intolerance".

He was prosecuted after allegedly throwing the national flag and the police badge into the trash.

According to the indictment, Hajredinaj, while working as an English teacher at the "Xhemajl Mustafa" primary school in Pristina, on November 27, 2024, the day when the school celebrated Flag Day, in the presence of the students, took the red and black flag and the plis and threw them in the trash.

After this incident, he was suspended from work at the "Xhemajl Mustafa" primary school.
