Muslija: We gave our best, we're going for victory against Sweden

Kosovo National Team midfielder, Florent Muslija, expressed his satisfaction with the team's performance in the match against Slovenia, which ended goalless at "Fadil Vokrri".

He believes that Kosovo gave its maximum and that in the next match against Sweden they can get full points.

In a statement to RTK after the match, Muslija emphasized that the team played a good match, but only missed the goal.

"I believe we showed a very good performance. The whole team gave their best. In the end we only needed a goal to win the game, but I believe we can win against Sweden."

The midfielder of the "Dardane" team appeared among the best on the field, creating several chances and endangering the Slovenian defense with his penetrations.

"I noticed that the opponents are not that fast and I took advantage of the moment. I knew that one on one they couldn't stop me. Against Sweden we have to show the same performance and win three points," he stressed.

The Kosovo national team will return to action on Monday, where they will face Sweden on the road, as part of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
