On Halloween night in Britain, young people "abuse" alcohol and drugs

Thousands of young people under the influence of alcohol and drugs have visited various clubs across the United Kingdom for Halloween.

With outfits ranging from the most frightening to the most outrageous, young people from Portsmouth, Birmingham, Birstol and Newcastle took to the streets last night.

Through photographs that show how this celebration went, young people are seen drinking, laughing, and even in poor health due to alcohol and drug abuse.Indeksonline/
