Osmani is waiting until the end of the month to appoint the prime minister-designate for the new government.

The President of Kosovo is waiting for the end of the month for the new ruling of the Constitutional Court regarding the issue of the constitution of the Assembly, which she considers completed even though the deputy speaker from the Serbian community has not been elected.

Osmani said that after the temporary measure imposed by the Constitutional Court expires, he will "immediately" take steps to appoint a prime minister to form a new government.

"We are prohibited from undertaking any procedure for the appointment of the prime minister and the formation of the government," Osmani initially said, adding that after September he will undertake the actions that pertain to it, and then he said that "other matters are in the hands of the parties." "Immediately after September 30, I hope that we will have the opportunity with the constitution of all institutions, and at the moment when the measure expires, with the hope that there will be a decision in the positive spirit of the constitution - on that same day, the first party will be called and will immediately proceed with the appointment of the prime minister. And then the other matters are in the hands of the parties, who creates the majority, how they create the majority, how the government is voted in, those are then outside this institution," Osmani said in a press conference.
