People share how they changed their lifestyle and consequently, their weight!
Overweight and obesity are two main reasons why people need to lose weight. Other reasons include: having more energy throughout the day, feeling better about yourself, etc.
The following stories are just personal stories, not dietitian recipes or medical advice, but they can serve as a starting point.
1. I controlled my portions and walked 2 km a day. Then I started swimming, continued walking, and from there, I started building strength (working with weights).

2. I started never ordering out, but cooking at home. I vowed to get my body moving somehow, every day.

3. I counted every calorie I consumed. I walked about 15 steps every day and made sure I got 7 hours or more of sleep.

4. I didn't consume carbohydrates on all days of the week.

5. I trained hard and regularly at the gym.

6. No specific diet, just calorie reduction and exercise 5-6 times a week.

7. I gave up fast food and fizzy drinks. I'm drinking more water and going to the gym regularly.

8. Simply gym.

9. I made radical changes to the way I eat. Now it's the gym's turn.

10. I started to stop doing cardio and start lifting weights more. I now walk instead of taking the bus.

11. I won this race slowly, but with perseverance and self-love.
