Upon the recommendation of the state prosecutor, the case has been classified as harassment and the police have launched an investigation into the circumstances that characterize it. According to Borovci, an administrative measure for a misdemeanor has been imposed on him, while the police are working to investigate and clarify all the circumstances regarding the harassment.
