Polling stations open for second round of local elections

Officially, polling centers have opened in 18 municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, where the mayoral runoff will take place.

IndeksOnline reports that the scheduled opening time for municipal centers, as always, was 7 am, while in some centers, here and there, there may be a momentary delay in opening.

The election material was distributed yesterday, writes IndeksOnline.

The following municipalities will be subject to the runoff race: Gjakova, Gjilan, Dragash, Kaçanik, Klina, Fushë Kosova, South Mitrovica, Obiliq, Rahovec, Peja, Pristina, Prizren, Suhareka, Vitia, Vushtrri, Junik, Mamusha and Kllokot.

On the other hand, the Kosovo Police, through the operational plan, has also engaged its capacities to ensure that this process proceeds in the most democratic manner and without any excesses.
