Voting by mail/ CEC begins sending ballots tomorrow

During Sunday, the Central Election Commission will begin sending ballot packages to voters outside Kosovo who are registered to vote by mail.

This concerns around 58 thousand voters who have selected this voting method, to whom the CEC will send a package with ballots to their address.

The news about this CEC activity was announced today by CEC spokesperson, Valmir Elezi.

"Tomorrow (Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 10:45) the Central Election Commission, through the economic operator, will start sending packages with ballots to voters registered outside Kosovo to vote by mail in the early elections for the Assembly of Kosovo," Elezi announced.
