Rama: We must overcome party divisions on national issues

The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, congratulated the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, for participating in the "Justice, Not Politics" march.

He said that party and political divisions must be overcome when it comes to national issues.

"It is very positive, we must overcome party and political divisions when we have major national issues. For this reason, I am saying that maybe now that we are 18 years old, we are not teenagers, and we must think beyond these party cliques. I congratulate all the politicians who participated and joined this march," Rama declared in Klan Kosova.

Rama said that the future, history, peace and freedom of our country are being judged in The Hague.

"In The Hague, the future, history, peace and freedom of our country are being judged. All that sacrifice... now that we have managed to create this miracle, when today we call it Kosovo, is being violated there in The Hague, if justice does not triumph."

Speaking about the celebrations of the 18th anniversary of Independence, he said that "today we had a great celebration, we celebrated the 18th anniversary of Independence and we had a march, where we asked to protect the values of the KLA."
