Selim's lawyer: ZPS's unclear approach to the authorship of documents

Rexhep Selim's lawyer, Eric Tully, said that the Specialized Prosecutor's Office (SPO) has never made clear the authorship of the materials it has attributed to Selim, and it does not mean that if some of the materials were seized from Selim, they are his.

"You have to keep in mind that this could have concrete consequences for the person. The Prosecution's unclear approach regarding these notes in the final moments of this trial was made even more unclear by their strong claims that the words here are Mr. Selimi's. If we had known about these specific allegations during the trial, we as the defense would have had a different strategy during our cross-examination and would have conducted other investigations regarding the Prosecution's claims. Here we have been violated," Tully said.
