Today, at the "Frang Bardhi" Gymnasium in South Mitrovica, not a single blind citizen has exercised their right to conditional voting.
In this high school, the CEC has provided blind and partially sighted people with the opportunity to vote independently and maintain the secrecy of their vote, through Braille templates.
