Special Tribunal for Russian Crimes in Ukraine – Kallas reveals that the EU provided 10 million euros

The European Union's top diplomat, Kaja Kallas, has announced that the European Union has secured the first 10 million euros for a new Special Tribunal.

As she wrote in X, this tribunal will prosecute Russian leaders for their role in Moscow's war against Ukraine.

"Russia's leaders are responsible for this war and must be held accountable. There can be no impunity. It is a pleasure to discuss with Alain Berset and sign the contract with the Council of Europe," Kallas declared.
