Ten Hag rejects Ajax return

Renowned Dutch coach Erik Ten Hag has been unemployed since his dismissal from Bayer Leverkusen.

His spell in Germany lasted only three matches, winning one match in the DFB Pokal, and then starting the season with one loss and one draw.

Ten Hag was linked with a return to the Premier League at Wolves, but the English club decided to appoint coach Rob Edwards from Middlesbrough.

He was linked with a return to Ajax following the dismissal of John Heitinga.

But according to the Daily Mail, the Dutchman refused to return to the club due to some problems in the Ajax hierarchy.
