December 28 elections, Rashiti: Will be monitored only by DnV, the risk of manipulation is greater this time

The Director of the Balkan Policy Group in Pristina, Naim Rashiti, says that the December 28 elections will be monitored only by Democracy in Action.

Rashiti estimates that 'the risk of manipulation this time is greater', adding that international organizations will also depend on the DnV's assessment.
