VV assemblyman in Junik demands drug testing for assemblymen of this municipality

LVV assemblyman in Junik, Lulzim Gacaferi, has requested that assemblymen of this municipality undergo drug testing.

Gacaferi said that politics is not rehabilitation for failures nor a refuge for drug addicts.

"It is a responsibility, not a narcotic experiment. Public decision-making requires a clear mind, a pure and strong character, as well as high responsibility. Whoever does not have these, must leave unconditionally," said Gacaferi.

While he called on the relevant state mechanisms to act immediately, without excuses and without silence, for urgent testing and verification of all assembly members of the Junik Assembly.

"In order to separate the honest from the drug addict! Citizens should not be hostages of irresponsibility and should not be represented by consumers of narcotic substances, but by capable and healthy people dedicated to the country. The Assembly is a temple of democracy and public interest, not a haven for psycho-drug addicts, irresponsibility and institutional degradation. Silence is complicity. Wake up," he said.
