Zeka: Hashim Thaçi's name is not on the list received from the Special Court

Kosovo Assembly Member Milaim Zeka said that the list, which has over 100 names, includes names of high-profile people from Drenica, Dukagjini and those in power. However, according to him, Hashim Thaçi is not on this list.

"A list of names has arrived, over 100 names, and they are high-profile people from Drenica, Dukagjini and those in power. Thaçi is not on the list of these names that have arrived. The Special Court that was established on the foundation of Dick Marku cannot exist without including Hashim Thaçi. The Special Court was formed for Hashim Thaçi. Why Thaçi lobbied for this court to be established is probably because he put the interest of Kosovo before his own interest. I do not believe that Thaçi would have made this decision against himself without considering the interest of the state," he said.

T: Zeka: The Special Court is based in Russia

Kosovo Assembly Member Milaim Zeka said that the Special Court is based in Moscow.

In an interview with RTV Dukagjini, Zeka said that at the proposal of Serbia and China, the Special Unit is based in Russia.

But, according to him, America and other international friends have taken it upon themselves to ensure that this Court does not go through the Security Council.

"The special court is based in Moscow, at the proposal of Serbia and China. America and our international friends, as well as Europe, have taken it upon themselves to prevent it from going through the Security Council, because you would have seen the Chinese judges here," Zeka said.Indeksonline/
