PDK NCC Chairman: Serial number mismatch occurred in the largest centers
The head of the Municipal Counting Center from PDK, Jahir Sumiçi, also spoke about how the recount went.
He said that the first suspicions began on Monday around 10:00 and he was stopped by them at 19:00, reports klankosova.
"What started at 10 a.m. on Monday continued today, at every table we encountered ballots that did not match the serial numbers of the polling stations we counted," he said. Sumic added that the mismatch of serial numbers occurred in the largest centers in the city.
